We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Not be washed, altered, or damaged
  • Include all original packaging and tags

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping and Return Label Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Preparing Your Package for a Return

Please include the original packing slip with your return.

To receive a return label, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your first and last name
  • The item(s) you wish to return

Attach the provided return label securely to the package. Your return will be processed once it is received and inspected.


Undeliverable and Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused or a package is deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, the customer is responsible for any carrier penalties, charges, or fees, which may include (but are not limited to) additional shipping charges.
